2. Website access

When this website is accessed, the hosting server may process technical connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to provide and protect the website. Server logs should be configured for an appropriate retention period in Plesk.

3. Project enquiry form

If you send a project enquiry, we process the information you provide: name, company, email address, optional phone number, existing software, project type, project description and optional message. The information is used solely to assess and respond to your enquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract.

Form submissions are validated on the server and protected with a temporary security token, a hidden spam field and rate limiting. The rate-limit mechanism stores a pseudonymous hash for a limited period. Form data is sent to a configurable LSC recipient address and is not stored in a public web directory.

4. Legal basis and retention

Enquiries relating to a potential contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering them under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiry data is deleted when it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Recipients and processors

The website and domain email services are operated on infrastructure supplied by STRATO AG, Berlin, Germany. Data is disclosed to other recipients only where required by law or necessary to handle the specific enquiry.

6. Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or personalisation cookies. The contact form uses one short-lived, strictly necessary HTTP-only security cookie to protect submissions.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the controller using the details above.

8. Security

Transport encryption, restrictive security headers, server-side validation and access controls are used to protect the website and submitted data. No method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.

9. Updates

This privacy policy was last updated on 1 October 2026 and will be reviewed whenever the website, contact process, hosting arrangement or service providers change.
